PaySpotter

Integrations

Two accounts, and what each one is for

One is read, one is sent from, and nothing else is touched. You connect both once at sign-up and never again.

QuickBooks Online

Where we see what’s outstanding, who owes it and when it came due

Eight fields per invoice, no line items. Every call we make to QuickBooks reads — we create, edit and delete nothing — and you can withdraw the connection from your account page or from inside QuickBooks itself.

Gmail & Google Workspace

Where the reminders go out from, in your name and from your address

We hold permission to send and nothing else — we cannot read your mail. Your client sees you rather than a service they have never heard of, and replies come back to a PaySpotter address where a person answers them.

Email

Both are required. PaySpotter needs somewhere to read the invoices from and somewhere to send from, and it will not run on one without the other.

What we don’t connect to

Said here rather than discovered in month two. If one of these is what you run, email ben@payspotter.com — knowing who is waiting is how the order gets decided.
