Read one page and sign it

Plain English: what goes out, to whom, and how to stop it.

about 2 minutes
What you actually do
  1. Read the page — it's short, and it's the whole agreement
  2. Type your name at the bottom
  3. That's it. Chasing starts the same day.

Then what

What the first week looks like

The first thing you'll see

Everything you're owed, oldest first, pulled straight from your books. Most people find invoices here they'd forgotten were outstanding. Nothing is sent while you're looking.

What happens the next morning

Your books are read again, anything newly overdue joins the list, and anything paid drops off it. That repeats every day without you opening anything.

When someone writes back

The reply comes to us, not to you, and chasing on that invoice stops the moment it arrives. A person reads it and answers the ordinary ones. You hear from us only when it's genuinely your call.

If you want out

Withdraw our access from your own QuickBooks or Google settings, or just tell us. Either way it stops immediately — no notice period, no exit call.

The usual worries

Four things people ask first

Do I need to import anything?

No. There's no spreadsheet, no CSV, no contact list to tidy up. Your invoices are already in QuickBooks and that's where we read them from.

Do I have to change my DNS?

No. Reminders go out through your own mailbox, so there's nothing to set up with your domain and nothing to ask your IT person about.

Will my clients know?

They'll see an email from your address, in your business's name, about an invoice you sent them. There's no PaySpotter branding on it.

What if it emails the wrong person?

We use the contact already on the invoice in QuickBooks. If that's wrong, it's wrong in your books too — and a bounce stops the chase and flags it rather than sending again.

Three minutes, and then it’s running

Connect your accounting and the first thing you’ll see is what you’re owed. Nothing sends until you’ve signed.

Or email ben@payspotter.com — a person answers.
